They are always professional. I always wait for my car so I was there about 2 hours. They inspect your car and after a 30 minute or so wait, they call you back to the shop to tell you if your car needs additional work and what the charge will be. Depending upon what the needed work is, you get your car back usually in an hour or so. I purchased my Toyota there and have only had it serviced it there. I have been very pleased.
They are fast and you do not have to wait too long. The mechanics are good. The car runs great and I never had problem with it. I never had to take it back to them after they had worked on it. They are honest. I had no problem with them. I would use their service in the future too.
