I pay them through my phone system. I just deal with customer service over the phone people. There wasn't any cost because I am a Sprint customer. There would have been a cost only if I wanted to buy something at that time, which I didn't. There was only one person in there that was really great, and that was Derek. I only interact with Derek, I don't interact with anybody else. The price is kind of high.
