When we moved back to our home after 10 months away we discovered work that was seriously below standard. Kitchen cabinets were hung upside down and incorrectly. Plumbing leaks occurred in ceilings as a result of pipes not properly connected. Bathroom tile on floors and walls was improperly installed and grout was cracked and stained dark black in spots. The kitchen fan was vented into the crawl space instead of to the outside of the house as required by local code. Walls were poorly seamed and spackled and then simply painted over. Paint splatter covered hearth, windows and fixtures. When sections of ceiling were opened (due to leaks) trash and construction debris poured out. Trash such as empty aerosol cans, work brushes and extensive construction debris such as boards and wood shavings were found behind newly installed walls and under kitchen cabinets. In addition, personal property was improperly removed including our kitchen refrigerator, an expensive bathroom plumbing fixture, various Restoration Hardware coat hooks and bedroom and bathroom shelves. Let our bad experience serve as a warning. This is not an ethical company and they should never be allowed to work on your home.
