I have used him in the past and used him again recently. He was great. His price was probably reasonable. He was reliable and pretty honest. He was fully professional. I think he did an excellent job. His price was comparable for where I live.

I had called some countertop companies and they told me that they would not be able to repair the crack without taking the countertops compltley off which would have ruined my faux painting on my walls, but RJ was able to remove and install the sink without any damage to my countertops. I have used RJ for years along with my parents and he has always been kind. He is a one man team and works solely on word of mouth referals, so knowing about him is the best benefit ever in the plumbing business.

I have seen his work in the field. I know the work he does, and he is the single operator and has a lot of very satisfied clients. He has a very loyal clientele base and people who have used him for years. He is very busy just from the reputation he has. I would use him again in the future.

He is awesome. I am happy that he is my plumber - I wish he had been in my life earlier. He is very thorough, accommodating and helpful. There was a problem with one of the toilets, and he did what he could. Moreover, he had to come back for something else. He didn’t talk down to me because I am a woman; a lot of plumbers talk to women like they are slow in understanding things. I would continue to use him in the future.

He did plumbing work for me twice. He works by himself. He is very knowledgeable and his prices are reasonable. He is sometimes hard to get because he has a waiting list. He is an excellent plumber. He is the kind of man that explains what the problem is and what to do about it. He is pretty much direct and says that you have a problem and here's what I can do to fix it and here's what it would cost. I enjoyed working with him. I called him a couple of times on short notice and he was unavailable due to his backlog of work. I would have liked to have had him those times as well. It is sometimes hard to get him when you want him. His price was very reasonable for a plumber. He would be my first choice if I still lived in the area.

He does plumbing for others in the neighborhood too, and has been around for a while. I think we came to know of R D Springer through Angie’s List. We will not have anybody else for a plumber as he is really good.

Excellent job overall. He was responsive in making an appointment, punctual in arriving, worked efficiently and did what appears to be high quality work at a price that seemed quite fair. I could not have asked for more.

Mr. Springer is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, efficient, and highly skilled. It's a pleasure to work with him.

I would give them a glowing recommendation, he is great. The prices are pretty much average in comparison to other companies but he does the best work around for the price he gives you. He has been working on his own now for about 30 years and he does really good work. He relies on word of mouth so that people really know that he is the best from first hand experiences.

I thought that he was a really nice guy and that he was very fair. The job that he did was wonderful too. I did not think that his prices were cheap, yet they were very reasonable at the same time. I called other people to get quotes and his rates were about the same.
