Positivity Mobile Detailing

It has been challenging to coordinate dates and times to perform the mobile detailing. So far I have not been successful. I applaud their utilization of technology (they prefer clients to schedule via web) but sometimes a human being can cut to the chase and deal withunusual complications.

My only problem is that they had to reschedule twice. Other than that I would give them an A. The reservations team person was extremely pleasant despite my bad mood. The detailer was a couple of minutes late. But other than that, I loved everything. His detailing was meticulous. He was very nice and polite. My husband was very impressed with the quality of the work.

I had a voucher from a daily deal site for Positivity's highest level detailing service. I had some difficulty making an appointment initially -- I used their online system, and it took some time to get confirmation. But eventually they called me and I set up an appointment for a Tuesday at 1 pm. No one showed up. I called and texted and emailed and got no response all day (I probably left a total of 10 messages). This was particularly frustrating because I had stayed home from work and also taken time to clean out the car completely. Several days later, after I contacted the daily deals site to complain, someone from Positivity left me a voice mail about setting up an appointment but made no reference or apology for their no-show. I left a message requesting a prompt appointment, but they did not respond. I will never use this company again.

The owner, Mike, came by to inspect the work and agreed that it needed to be redone. We scheduled a time, but the team didn't show up - Mike explained that "they didn't have anyone in my area" at that time, but promised it would be done in the next day or two. that was the last I heard from him. He has not returned messages that I have left.

Provider missed the first appointment because his appointment before me on that day took longer than expected, but he called back and apologized for the inconvenience and had me re-scheduled right away with professionalism. Because its small business logistics are not set in place yet, but I can tell they are working hard to improve it. I champion small business. He showed up on time this time, worked really hard and did a great job. It's a small starting business so I can tell he's trying hard to build reputation. Took the time to do the job right.
