The Pod was supposed to be delivered between eight in the morning and two in the afternoon. My apartment complex had reserved the area for the day and they didn’t come until the next day. It caused problems with my apartment complex where they added on more charges. They were only able to leave the Pod for a few hours before they picked it back up. Pods Storage was supposed to provide me with the reimbursement and they never did.

The pricing was very confusing. we thought we had gotten a good quote on what it would cost. The monthly fee was higher then expected. about $10 higher. Ok, but the delivery was the killer. the move was only 24 miles. We were slapped with a long distance move charge that raised the final delivery charge to $500. the reason it was a long distance move was it crossed franchise lines, not zip codes, not state lines, not countries but from 1 franchise to another for a 24 mile move. When I called customer service to complain I was sent to Platinum service. They informed me that that this tidbit was spelled out in the on line agreement that was emailed to me. That agreement looked like war and peace. Don't do business with these people. They have no customer service. Franchise service is apparently great but if you are a customer forget about it. Take your business elsewhere, anywhere!

They have about $7000 worth of my stuff.
