Description of Work: When I made the initial contact with PEC, I gave them my home address in Gaithersburg, MD, for billing purposes. But, I have a rental townhouse in Germantown, MD, that I actually wanted to use the Big Deal coupon for. As Cecilia (the scheduler from PEC) and I talked, she informed me that my townhouse was outside their service area. She was very helpful and sorry about the situation. This could have happened to anyone. In the future, I will pay very close attention to any geographical limits. For my solution, I contacted another contractor on Angie's List who provided a similar service and was located closer to Germantown.
