Started on time and pretty much stay on the proposed schedule without major delays till completion of project. Overall very satisfied, it was a pleasure to do business with good and honest professionals. Happy and enjoying the added living space with family and friends! Great job Bob!

They were fantastic and I was very very happy with their work. Both he and and sub-contractors he hired were awesome. He is also extremely honest and fair. He is not happy until the client is happy. He is friendly, experienced and trustworthy. While he was giving me an estimate for the work, I was trying to figure out what to do with a door that currently swung into the bathroom (whether it would swing out into the hallway or to create a pocket door). He actually took the door off the hinges and held it up to show me what it would look like. None of the other contractors had been willing to do this and I felt very comfortable with him doing the work. By showing me that it would look fine swinging into the hallway, he demonstrated his focus on the client's happiness with the work and not on maximizing his profits.

They were just superb, and they are perfectionists after my own heart. The gentlemen consulted me whenever a situation called for discretion or flexibility, and they responded quickly to any issues or concerns that I had with the work. They also bent over backwards to ensure that the kitchen met my specifications and designs.

He was fabulous. His name was Bob Lipospovsky. Their price is reasonable. They are very responsive to any of our concerns. They worked with us on designed. They worked in off hours; not within the regular work day. He hired reputable people under him. He stuck to the timeframe. He kept up with the price. They are fabulous in everything. We are thinking of doing more work because of him. I would use him in the future.

From start to finish, Bob Lipovsky was honest, knowledgeable, dependable, and accessible. He listened very closely and asked questions to make sure he understood what we wanted. Only then did he offer suggestions for exquisite details and refinements that made our kitchen remodel project truly spectacular. He was careful that the project would disrupt our lives as little as possible limiting the time that we were without a kitchen to the very minimum. At each stage of the process, from designs, to shopping for appliances, and installation, Bob?s experience and attention to detail eliminated the surprises and problems so common in remodel and construction projects. Above all, Bob?s focus was for us to be happy with our project. We love our new kitchen, and couldn?t be happier with all of the other projects that Bob did for us. We recommend him without reservation.

The work turned out excellent. The contractor was responsive to all of my needs. The quality of work was excellent. Every time there was a change or we had a creative weigh-in, they went the extra mile to make sure it would work.

Bob was on site every day, consulting with his subcontractors to insure everything went as planned. Morale was high.His employees and subcontractors enjoyed working for him.and we liked working with him too. No detail was too small for his attention and as construction proceeded Bob resolved our every whim and question. We have never known anyone who takes as much pleasure as Bob in pleasing his clients. Finally I must mention that now, two years plus after completion, Bob drops by regularly to be sure all construction and installations are sound and working smoothly. In short Bob was even better than his motto - "excellence - on time - on budget".

We just couldn?t be more pleased. Nautilus was on time and on budget and their client service was incredible. As a result, we now have a home we love Prior to starting our renovation, we interviewed over 12 reputable builders in the area. Nearly all of them said our Parisian balcony idea was either cost-prohibitive or would require that we rip up the wood flooring in our living room for installation. Only Nautilus came up with a cost-effective solution that worked within the confines of our other design plans. One of our favorite parts of the renovation is the built-in art case Nautilus created. It?s a very subtle part of the renovation and yet it makes an incredibly striking statement when you walk into the house. Everyone comments about it.

Nautilus Builders did a superb job designing and building an addition to our house, extending our master bedroom and closet and remodeling several bathrooms (in addition to a number of other improvements both inside and outside the house). Bob Lipovsky of Nautilus and his exceptional team of skilled professionals worked closely with us to carefully define the project and implement the plans, on time and on budget, often proposing creative solutions to challenging design issues encountered during planning and execution. Communication is critical to remodeling projects and Bob ensured that he was consistently available to personally address any questions or concerns we had, both during and after completion of the project. Bob and his carefully selected team of craftspeople took care to ensure that every detail was properly executed to our satisfaction, resulting in a truly "finished" enhancement to our home. Unlike many of our friends and neighbors who have suffered negative remodeling experiences, our experience with Nautilus was smooth and professional in every way.

Home construction projects can be very stressful and disruptive on a family s life. To have a contractor who is unreliable, difficult to communicate with and lacking in honesty can triple the disruption. At every stage of the process from design to the final trim work, Nautilus Builder s president Bob Lipovsky communicated clearly, listened attentively, changed directions rapidly at our request and was always gracious, friendly and professional. Bob made every effort to minimize the disruption, even to memorizing the route to the hospital in case my pregnant wife went into labor while I was at work! If we had to go through it all again (which I hope we never do), I can say without hesitation that we would hire Nautilus Builders.
