MORRIS TILE DISTRIBUTORS

It was wonderful customer service. At first they ordered the wrong color of tile but they easily took it back and replaced it quickly. The tile is very pretty and beautiful quality. The tile is made in the United States. The show room is amazing, the sales people are very nice and friendly. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

They are amazing. They have awesome customer service. They are technically wholesalers, but sell to the public as well. They are amazingly nice people and knowledgable too.

Morris was one of a few tile stores our contractor recommended. We went to several others first, including one or two NOT suggested by our contractor. Some of the stores, we liked the person helping us but couldn't find a tile we liked. In a couple of the stores, the designer/sales rep really ruffled our feathers. I wish I could remember the name of the young man who helped us at Morris. He allowed us to look around and discuss options uninterrupted, yet he was available when we needed to ask questions. Ultimately, with his gentle help we came to an ideal combination of shapes, colors, and textures that provided us with a beautiful and unique shower.

see above So glad to have decided to go locally and not online. The tile turned out to be even better than we expected. Definitely would go there again. They care that you get what you want, without pressure and with realistic expectations.

They have a really great selection of tile, better price than Home Depot or Loews, and the people that work there are very helpful.

They are veru convieneant and easily accesable. Fairly knowledgable sales team.

Morris's showroom is filthy and dark (we kept flipping switches, looking for a working light bulb); staff more or less informed as to their products, but snappish and annoyed to be asked any questions. Things tanked when we heard the ugly remarks made about customers directly, and to their faces, whom they mistakenly presumed did not understand English. Ha! We're re-doing a fairly big house, but cut off all dealings with Morris when we realized how demoralizing it would be to continue. Nobody deserves the kind of treatment you're likely to get at Morris, no matter what language you speak.

There were two people on duty. They were very attentive and knowledgable. The prices were between $.50 to $2.00 cheaper than the next vendor I was considering. I would use them again.

The experience was unbelievably easy. We also spent very little time in their showroom (as the sales people were absolutely fabulous). The place is unbelievably busy, but go there on a weekday!
