The cleaning went smoothly. The ladies did a wonderful job. Thank you Merry Maids for leaving my home spotless and paying attention to detail.

The franchise owner came to my house, looked at it, and gave me a price. On the scheduled day the cleaners came. After a couple of hours one of them handed me a phone to speak to a supervisor (not the one who visited the house). I was told that the cleaners weren't finished and that it would cost $50 more to finish cleaning. I protested and the charge was dropped and they "finished" a bit later. Not happy

I didn't not negotiate an arrival time but was please the job was completed prior to me returning home. The work was very professional.  I requested bi-weekly cleaning service. I was not pleased that I was asked to commit to a contract. Noticing my hesitation, I was given a discount off the first cleaning. If I cancel prior to a year or 24 cleanings, I am required to return the amount of the discount. I'm fine with that as long as I continue to receive quality professional service. So far, I see good reviews on Angie's List. I hope this crew remains up to par. Although I was not in attendance for the first cleaning, I do expect to be there the next time.

Very simple and standard procedure to clean my apartment. Each team does a good job under 1 hour. I have been using them since 2013. Good company.

They always arrive on time or a little early, work non-stop. Cleaning job usually takes between 90 minutes and 2 hours. 2 or 3 ladies on the team.
