I gave him a list of what I needed and he said he would come back and have his company come back to do the work and he never came back.   I gave him a stack of plans and research that I had already done prior to him coming and he took that and now I have to redo all that since I can’t get him back on the phone. There was no money exchanged.  There was supposed to talk of price but I haven’t seen the man since he came to my house.  He does good work, I’ve used him before.  But it really ticks me off because I had to cancel these other two people.  We had a verbal contract. Based on past experience with the company, they were excellent.   But they were selected based on prior work.  They do excellent work but not this time because I can’t even get a response.  It’s going on three weeks.  Someone should have gotten back to me.  That’s what perturbs me.  That and he took all my research and now I’m back at square one.  I want my paperwork back.  I don’t have the time to continue to go back on the internet and do three weeks of research.  He took the whole package and promised to send me a copy.  That to me is unacceptable.  Now I have to go back and do the same thing again.

They come very quickly and are always on time. I have no major issues at all.

He trimmed everything nicely and does excellent work. He was punctual, responsive, and professional.
