 + -1 moreWORK WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY FASHION. I AM NOT TOTALLY SATISFIED BECAUSE LAPTOP WAS RETURNED WITH THE MONITOR WORKING PROPERLY HOWEVER IT HAD A VIRUS ON THAT WAS NOT ON BEFORE. TECHNICIANS OFFERED TO REMOVE VIRUS FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE.
Description of Work: LAPTOP WAS NOT WORKING. TECHNICIAN FIXED LAPTOP WHICH NO LONGER HAD A LCD DISPLAY. THE LAPTOP HAD A TOTAL BLACK SCREEN. THE TECHNICIAN FIXED IT SO THAT THE SCREEN IS UP AND COMPUTER IS VISIBLY RUNNING.
