HORRIBLE appliance installation service! Long story short, they made multiple errors handling our installation order requiring us to be at home on 4 separate occasions before we actually had someone come for the installation. I called for a refund of the $175 installation fee and all they could offer me was a $50 gift card (after an hour on the phone). Please look elsewhere when buying your appliances!

THE SALESPERSON WAS AVERAGE, HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, THE SALESPERSON WASN'T VERY THOROUGH, BECAUSE WE HAD TO KEEP CALLING THE STORE TO CHECK ON THE ARRIVAL OF THE DOORS, AND WHEN THEY WOULD BE INSTALLED.
