The tree came down in the middle of the night during a horrible storm. Within two days, Allstate was out here and provided an estimate. By February 7th, I had a new roof put on my house. It was not their fault that it took so much time to get the new roof, they did place a tarp on the roof until they could get to the repair. It was just because the company that installed the roof was so busy because of the damage the storm caused in the area. I really was in good hands.
