+ -1 moreThey were punctual for the appointment. Prices were right in line with work to be done. I have done the work in stages as I have had the money and they have been fine with that. I am totally satisfied.
Description of Work: Finish part of basement and renovate the bath. Installed new doors and some windows. Drywall, painting, tile, plumbing, electric and roof repair.

+ -1 moreJerry Evans demolished the interior, excavated the basement and left us high and dry. He scammed us out of about $60000 and we've come to find out he's scammed at least 30 others in DC & MD in the past 21 years. He has no assets in his name so a judgement is useless. Our house is not livable or weather tight and we have no idea how to get it finished with this huge hole in our budget. Watch out for this guy!
Description of Work: Interior demo, basement dig out & restoration of 1908 rowhouse in DC to warm lit shell condition.
