Said it appeared did not have active termites but suggested treatment as not had in 30' years and had significant prior damage. Was concerned re price as did not include long term gurantee re future damage like I had with prior work in Florida. O

Mr. Waller was professional and knowledgeable.  I saw a mouse and freaked out! I called his service and he scheduled me for the next morning. He went through the house looking for entry points. He closed those that he could and left me a "to do" list. He baited and put down traps.  Mr Waller explained everything to me and really put me at ease, knowing that he was going to take care of the problem. He returned a week later and saw no further evidence of mice.  I am very pleased with his work and plan to have him return quarterly for a check up.  I recommend him without reservation!

I've been using Howard's services for almost a year, and everything is going well. It's easy getting in touch with him, he charges reasonable prices, and he does a very thorough job. In fact, he's the best exterminator that I've ever had.
