I set up an appointment for an estimate. Was given an evening date and the rep on the phone indicated it would take about 90 minutes and both my wife and I needed to be present (first red flag). He arrived promptly and went through an extensive sales pitch, showing all of the reviews across the area and multiple other things that had nothing to do with giving an estimate. Almost two hours later, his tablet wasn't able to generate an estimate so I asked him to email it to us. He insisted on setting up another in-home appointment (second red flag). I refused and insisted on getting the written estimate by email. I told him up front and throughout that we were soliciting multiple estimates and would decide. Ultimately, I never got an estimate from the company and no follow up call. Wasted two hours of my time. They may do good work, but be prepared for heavy sales pitch, and make sure you compare before buying.
