+ -1 moreThey came and did the measurements, but never contacted me. I contacted them. The quote did not entail everything that the salesman had told me.There were going to be extra charges, so I did not go with them. They do not follow through and they are expensive.

+ -1 moreIt took them a day to the work with 2 workers. However I needed them to act more like a consultant. We're not terribly happy about the finished product -- we don't know about doors. We bought one that was unpainted and we had to paint the door ourselves after it was installed.

+ -1 moreThey were on time and it was all done in one day. We are very pleased with the install and the unit. I got 4 estimates, and I thought their price was very good. It cools the house instantly and has lowered our electric bill.

However, when we went into the store to try and purchase the doors they were not able to figure out how to make the computer work to take the order. We made three visits to the store over a couple of months. We gave up as we are tightening our budget now.
Description of Work: We attempted to purchase exterior doors from this Home Depot. We paid to have the doors measured (on site) and intended to purchase these doors.

+ -1 moreTHE GUY WHO GAVE US THE ESTIMATE WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE WORKERS WHO CAME TO PUT THE CARPET IN WERE VERY GOOD IN WHAT THEY WERE DOING. UNFORTUNATELY, THE CARPET DID NOT ARRIVE AS SCHEDULED.
