They came and did the measurements, but never contacted me. I contacted them. The quote did not entail everything that the salesman had told me.There were going to be extra charges, so I did not go with them. They do not follow through and they are expensive.

Appliance Sale
The whole transaction was online. So, it was just purchasing it online and having it delivered it was okay. They couldn't give a specific time. They could give a time of delivery.

It was very good. I sat down with a man that went throguh a lot of different kinds of doors with me. He took measurements. He sent somebody out here to measure again. It would be exact. The man in the store was very nice and very helpful. I love Home Depot.

It took them a day to the work with 2 workers. However I needed them to act more like a consultant. We're not terribly happy about the finished product -- we don't know about doors. We bought one that was unpainted and we had to paint the door ourselves after it was installed.

They were on time and it was all done in one day. We are very pleased with the install and the unit. I got 4 estimates, and I thought their price was very good. It cools the house instantly and has lowered our electric bill.

The contractor who came out to measure the doors was great. However, when we went into the store to try and purchase the doors they were not able to figure out how to make the computer work to take the order. We made three visits to the store over a couple of months. We gave up as we are tightening our budget now.

I WENT TO THE STORE AT 7AM AND THE MORNING STAFF WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL. AFTER STANDING CLOSE BY THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR 10 MINUTES, THEY FINALLY AGREED TO ASSISTANCE ME FINDING THE RIGHT CARPET.

THE GUY WHO GAVE US THE ESTIMATE WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE WORKERS WHO CAME TO PUT THE CARPET IN WERE VERY GOOD IN WHAT THEY WERE DOING. UNFORTUNATELY, THE CARPET DID NOT ARRIVE AS SCHEDULED.
