We called Happy Maids Green Cleaning Services to get our home cleaned after some major improvements were made to our house, in anticipation of putting the property on the market for sale.
Juana and Crystal were the contacts and they were both so prompt, courteous, and real pleasure to work with. They were able to come out to the property a day after our initial call. They were extremely professional with their work- initially doing an assessment of the work that needed to be done, providing a very reasonable quote, and arriving promptly on the scheduled date for the work to be done. Their home cleaning work itself was thorough and detailed. There was quite a bit to clean since our contractor had done a number of things including put in new ceramic tiles, drywalling, painting , new hardwood floors, refinishing old hardwood flooring. cabinetry/wood work, and more. Juana and her team did an excellent job getting the place sparkling clean and ready for showing!! They even went the extra mile to help us in the backyard with some additional items such as sweeping all flagstone areas and cleaning the outdoor AC units.
Happy Maids proved to us that they are also very conscientious about their work. After the work was done, we noticed some areas had residual grout on the surface where the news tiles were put down. We called Happy maids again to let them know, and Juana came back quickly with a special machine to buff/clean the surface and returned on a Sunday (!) with additional chemicals to make sure the surfaces were completely clean.
What I appreciated the most is that they absolutely lived up to their name of being Happy Maids! Juana is so pleasant and always has a smile on her face. We would definitely use them again as this was actually our second time working with Happy Maids.
