Franklin Remodeling We recently had Franklin and his team put a new roof on our home. Wow! They did an amazing job! It is an absolute pleasure dealing with a company that is true to their word. The staff he had working for him were so respectful and worked so hard. It was a long day working about 13 hours to complete. They spent the time to clean up everything, which is not always done when you hire a contractor. There need to be more business owners like Franklin. This is a company you can refer to your closest friends and family because you know he is going to do an amazing job for them as well. The worst experience and job quality! First they lied about replacing parts of the roof, which they didn't and therefore it leaked next day after the job completion. Next, shingles are wavy (see the pic) and need to be replaced - company promised to do so for the past 6 months; yet have not shown up to any numerous appointments that have been scheduled! CONSUMER BE AWARE. Filling the complaint through consumer services Moco. What a nightmare!
