IT went terrible. He reassured me that the brand of lock he was installing was top of the line. After he left I researched and they were the WORST. He used a brand called "Maxx Tech". The locks broke after 1 months and he then mysteriously disappeared and refused to honor his warranty. AVOID HIM!

Their ad in the yellow pages states they are bonded, insured, etc. I was locked out of my apartment (2 doors) and was quoted $29 to come out and look, and $25 and upward for the lock. A man in sunglasses met me, although it was not sunny out. He said that he needed to drill the lock and that it would be "very difficult." I subsequently said, "forget it," and he called someone and talked to them in a foreign language on his cell phone. Then that person talked to me on the phone and said, "no problem, he can try and pick it and he won't damage it." He quoted me $129. Then the man picked the 2 locks very quickly and charged $277 to my debit card. He did not tell me that was the final charge. When I called to protest afterward, the dispatcher put me back in touch with him, not the manager. When I asked him to talk to the manager, he said, "he is very busy." He then offered to give me $30 back and I told him it wasn't enough. He argued with me and became angry. I was afraid and then told him to forget it. I would never have paid that much to get into my apartment and I would never recommend their services, because they did not communicate well about the price.
