It went very poorly. While Connor's began work almost immediately after the problems were identified, they failed to complete the work on several occasions. After Connor's told us that the work was done, we hired an inspector to confirm this. Connor's agreed that the work had not been completed properly and did a second round of work. Connor's again stated the work was complete. There were substantial shortcomings both in the scope and quality of work (for example, they did not pocket joists in the masonry, remove temporary supports, or properly sister damaged joists as described in the agreed upon work plan). This was repeated five times! Connor's eventually finished the work (for the agreed upon price) but it took much longer, required many more visits, and was a huge headache. They appeared to cut corners with the belief that no one would check their work.
