 + 0 moreAwful, just like the past two times. Immediately we started having intermittent service and outages, both locally and between the street or neighborhood and our house. Tech Support was useless, repeating the same steps (now unplug your modem...are you sure it didn't fix it?) every transfer of our call and every call back to find out why the Technician did not arrive on time. Service technicians were slow, performing the same "unplug, wait 5 minutes and...nothing" before checking the outside line for a signal...and, surprise, no signal.
Description of Work: Comcast provided our internet, TV and phone (fax) for 18 months. We have had Comcast twice before, in DC ~2010 for two years and in Boston for a year. Both other times ended miserably too.
