Clariaxel Construction, Inc.

Company did not use any detergent or cleaner in water, so took a very long time and didn't not clean deeper stains.  Was afraid of washing away finish of deck and walls.  I was upset at the total amount of water used for what cleaning was done.  The company was also over an hour late for appointment. They offer a 20% discount for seniors, and when I asked about it, they let me know it was already included in the pricing. However, I was never asked my age or anything.

I called this company (to get an estimate) and they said they would be at my house at 2:00 p.m.  -- they did not get there until 3:00 p.m.  First they gave me an estimate without detailed information -- they just said we will do this job for $2000.00 -- who gives an estimate without the indivdual not knowing exactly what they are doing? They said they would purchase the materials for the job .  Anyway, they arrived on time on April 3rd (removed and replaced the toilet and laundry sink).  They removed the bathroom sink but did not replalce it until the next  day.  During the night I heard water running in my basement -- my carpet downstairs was soaked from them not turning the water off and the sink connection was just spuring water.  When they got there the next day they used a dry vacu to remove the water. 
After they left  -- I notice that the toilet was off white and the sink was white.  There was mold from the flooding and I also notice that the facuet replaced on the laundry sink was plastic.  I contacted them and they said they would come and look at the damage (twice).  They did not come either time.  I tried calling them but their phone goes to voice mail.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.  I should have taken precaution from the last review on Angies list.

Clairaxel Construction started work on 9/4/2014 and finished 4.5 days later.  The workers showed up to work on time everyday which was great.  The work took longer than expected considering what I was having done. Never seems to have enough workers, Mr. Ortega was constantly pulling workers and taking them elsewhere to work.  Some of the work being  performed was being done by workers who weren't qualified (plumbing) which cost some time there. ( Future leave plumbing to plumbers).  Some work was not done I thought was supposed to done that I paid for.  I didn't not have an itemized bill so I couldn't prove it. (LESSON LEARNED).  As far as, the price I really can't speak on it as whether or not it was too pricey.  The whole crew was very friendly.  Future use probably not.

No longer a Angie List virgin.  Many mistakes was made on my part.  You live and learn.
