We were referred by our realtor who recommended several repairs before putting the home on the market. Jose promptly returned phone calls and set up a time to come by for an estimate. He showed up at the appointed time and gave us a fair estimate. We called him back later and made a few changes to the estimate, and he gave us a modified price. On the day of the repairs, he showed up with his crew and they worked hard for hours to complete the job. The only criticism I have is that there was no written estimate and we realized after he left that they had forgotten to do a few things such as sand and paint back door and paint small piece of shed which we ended up doing ourselves. However, for the amount of work he and his crew did, we got a very fair price. We had many little items to do and they completed those well. I would recommend for future clients that a written estimate be provided which provides a comprehensive list of all items to be repaired with the cost of repair so that there is no confusion on the day of repairs.
