I CALLED AREA HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING AND RALPH IMMEDIATELY RETURNED MY CALL AND ARRANGED A TIME TO VISIT MY HOUSE. HE FIXED THE PROBLEM (BAD BLOWER MOTOR) IN LESS THAN AN HOUR AND WAS VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING AREA HVAC.

HE WAS VERY PROMPT TO RESPOND TO THE MESSAGE. HE CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY, SINCE THERE WAS A POSSIBILITY THAT WE WOULD BE WITH OUT HEAT. HE ALSO RESPONDED PROMPTLY WHEN CALLED ON A FOLLOW UP QUESTION EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A WEEKEND.
