We just moved to a 2 bedroom/2 bath townhouse (only 1100 square feet). It sounds like they may not be willing to clean our new townhouse because it's two stories, which is unfortunate because we've been using them for years and our new place is the same square footage as our old apartment. If you live in an apartment, however, I recommend this company.
As much as possible they send the same two cleaners each time, so they get to know the apartment and what to expect. Sometimes there is a third person who comes with them and sometimes there are different people than the usual two, but all of their cleaners are efficient and do an excellent job.
They also go out of their way to do and quot;extraand quot; little things--for example, this past Monday they went out of their way to clean the tea stains from a teapot that I had left out on the counter. I didn't ask them to do it, they just saw that it was needed and did it.
I have used many cleaning services over the years, in many different places where I have lived. I have seldom had such a satisfactory arrangement with housekeepers, and never before with cleaning service in the metro dc area.
These folks are great, and I recommend them highly.
