When they arrived, they asked when was the last time I cleaned the air ducts. I told I ad never done it. He told me to expect very dirty ducts. He asked to inspect my furnace and said that it was very dirty and asked me by I don't purchase the furnace cleaning too. He said Beowulf do it but couldn't give me the living social discount. When I declined all the extra services (at a cost of nearly $300), it took him all of 20 minutes to clean the ducts. He said that it turned out that they weren't that dirty. Additionally, they cleaned the dryer vent. The brush they used wouldn't have fit more than 1/3 the length of my duct, so I am not sure how clean it got. Overall, I learned my lesson - a complete waste of $39!
