The final result looks very good. I'm happy.

I had gotten 4-5 estimates and the main reasons I chose Alcoa because they were local in our community and their price was well within the other estimates I had received (except for a couple of outliers). They were ver responsive and very efficient-completed the whole job in one day! , and lastly we liked their approach to how they were going to fix it. Their customer service was excellent; polite, friendly and engaging and they left the work site clean.
I would definitely call them again for concrete or masonry work.

This job went badly. The Champion project manager brought along a representative from Alcoa Concrete to our first meeting so we took that as an endorsement. This meeting went well. The concrete work was unfortunately done in one day. They poured the slab and put on the steps the same day, that is were the problem came in. It took them 13 hours all total. The steps were done last and were very poorly done. There are chunks out of them in many places. The corners did not match on the slab or the steps. We had them back to fix the project and were told they wanted to repair the steps (put another coat of concrete on.) They did the recoat and unfortunately the colors do not match. We were told they might not match but they do not match at all. We have tried to solve this problem and thought we had a solution but they have refused to do the work. They have instead turned the situation over to their lawyer.
