Good. He was contracted to a customer and I wish he had called when he ran into trouble so we knew what was going on rather than hear it from our customer. Our customer was happy with his work.

Lee assisted in rehabing a house with severe cosmetic issues. He was prompt and hardworking. If he wasn't so good at troubleshooting, I believe that this project would have been far more expensive. After the work was completed, the house looked great; we received multiple offers within a week of putting the house on the market.
