custom cabinets, countertops
 + 0 moreTook weeks and several phone calls to get cabinet door samples. Once product came to A&S, I was badgered by A&S to take cabinets. One door was broken in shipping. Said it would be ordered right away. 4 weeks still no door. Full payment of cabinets was made ASAP. Deposit for countertop was given. A & S was to monitor countertop install - but they did not. They dropped an invoice for countertops. A balance is still owed on the countertops. A&S still to fix damaged cabinet, damaged drawers, and install trim pieces. Excuses are being made for delay. The job isn't finished, and the price of actual counter is in question. A&S called an verbally threatened me if I don't pay immediately. The actual price for the countertops (A&S does not install) is less than half what A&S is charging. I was threatened and harassed for non-payment. I have not received a final invoice. A&S could not come out and fix the cabinets but they are available to pick up a check. No credit cards.
Description of Work: Purchased kitchen cabinets and countertops from Legacy to have builder install, A & S were originally to install cabinets and coordinate Silestone countertops but the builder opted to install the cabinets.
