here. When I found out my countertop installer wouldn't disconnect the plumbing I had to quickly find a plumber willing to make the two trips to my home in sync with the countertop installers. He came over and gave me an estimate and waive fee once I agreed to use his services. He came before the installer got here, removed and discarded my old garbage disposal and disconnected the plumbing so the countertop could be replaced. Then told me to call once the countertop was in and he'd be right over and he was! He replaced the garbage disposal and redirected my dishwasher from the sink's countertop air gap to the garbage disposal. He was quick and organized. He also diagnosed the problem with my toilet and I will be using him to fix it once the parts are here.

I initially called 1st Choice to look into what I thought was a possible leak under my kitchen sink.  I suspected this due to the formation of mold and the floor board of the cabinet was swelling/rotting.  This past winter I had two pipe bursts which resulted in major water damage.  I thought there might have been a hidden water issue but Mr. Mabry immediately determined there was no leak and informed me that the swelling of the particle boards was due to the water drying up - which was a good thing.  In that sense, he was honest and didn't charge me for work that I didn't need.  While he was there I also had him look at the main shut off valve that I knew needed to be replaced because it was old and poorly located.  He gave me an estimate & also included a discount for me having the pressure valve replaced at the same time (I already knew this needed to be taken care of also).  Upon completion of the work he took the time to explain everything he had done and made sure I was comfortable with the water pressure.  He knocked out the work in less than two hours and cleaned up before leaving.  He's a very professional service provider who I would definitely use again.   

This is the second time I've used 1st Choice Plumbing. The company is a one man operation that is run by Mr. Linneer Mabry. Mr. Mabry always gives a courtesy call. He was in the area so he called and asked if it was alright to arrive an hour early which was nice. He inspected our areas of concern, gave a quote and began the repairs and installation immediately. I was very satisfied with his work. Mr. Mabry called the next day to ensure that everything was working fine. He stands behind his work and takes no shortcuts.It's hard to find an honest plumber these days with such a hard work ethic.

Excellent experience all around. Mr. Mabry called and arrived on time, assessed the problem quickly, and had the new water heater installed and working very quickly. In addition, Mr. Mabry's a pleasure to work with and talk to, gave me a very fair deal for an expensive appliance, as well as a better-than-usual parts and labor warranty. He accepted my credit card and used Square for the transaction - I had a receipt in my email inbox before he left. I'd happily call 1st Choice again for future plumbing needs.

I called a couple of other plumbers and all I got was an answering machine. Lineer actually answered his phone for 1st Choice. He explained the process, cost, and when he was available. I had a 9:00am appointment. At 8:10am, Lineer called to confirm the appointment. He also stated that if I liked, he could come early since he was in the area. He showed up within 10 minutes of our phone conversation. 1st Choice had a nice state of the art new truck with supplies. Linner is the owner as well as the only plumber for the company. He was neat in appearance and very friendly. In addition to installing the garbage disposal, he installed a new drain for the sink. It took him about 30 minutes to complete the job. If I ever need a plumber in the future, I'd give 1st Choice Plumbing a call. Their prices are good and they offer outstanding customer service. Thanks

Mr. Mabry of 1st Choice Plumbing showed up on time and even gave a courteousy call to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he introduced himself and explained in detail what needed to be done with each issue. As the work was being performed he showed my husband and I what the problem was and even offered suggestions on how to eliminated the issue from occurring. I found Mr. Mabry to be very professional and knowledgeable about his work. I also found him to be very caring about the customer's he service, ensuring that they were very satisfied and happy. I appreciated the follow up call he made to me a week later to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and to see if may have had any questions. I will continue using this company as well as recommending him to all my friends and anyone who may need a good plumber. Out of all the companys I have used this is one of the most outstanding, professional and friendly company who also cares about their customers.

He arrived on time and explained everything in detail of what he was going to do. Gave me the price up front and was able to do the work right on the spot. Very impressed.
