We are a Heating and Air Conditioning company for the Maryland and Delaware Eastern Shore area that is locally owned and operated. We offer: sales, service, installations,and yearly maintenance programs to keep your heating and cooling equipment running as smoothly as possible! Yes, we install pellet stoves now too! When you're ready to replace your heating or cooling system, we've got you covered. We offer free estimates for replacement systems. Our License numbers are as follows: MD-HVACR #58535, DE #HM-0000745, MHIC #95945 We do not use sub-contractors. My wife and I own the business, and as one of the owners, I am on every job site. We do charge a nominal diagnostic fee for service calls of no heat or no air conditioning calls, we DO NOT charge any overtime rates for after hours calls, the labor rates remain the same no matter what time it is. We do not charge any trip charges, and, as an Angies list customer, mention that to us when you call to set up an appointment, and you will receive a 5% discount off of your call. * All discounts are for service calls such as no heat or no air conditioning emergency calls, discounts are not applied to our annual maintenance scheduled visits.
