Their billing process and explanation of the charges was thorough and easy to understand. The system to pay was also secure and simple. Minimal hassle and their bill answered all the questions I normally have to call other companies with to ask about.

After I left the office, I started to notice that my arm was slightly swollen. By the next day, it was achy and puffy. After a few days, my arm started bruising all along my forearm and my elbow. I went to the doctor and he said that the phlebotomist had punctured the vein and prescribed me antibiotics because there was a concern about an infection in the vein. I alerted Quest about the issue, and told them I didn't want to be charged the co-pay given what had happened. They didn't charge me and they provided training to the phlebotomist. I hope the training worked because I was quite injured!!!

I actually went to the lab on Little River Turnpike in Annandale VA. I had to get 2 different blood panels taken, one standard and one more complex. I made an appointment for Wed. I came in, waited about 15 minutes and then the nurse called me over. She told me that she would not be able to take me today due to the more complex panel would not have a pickup. She told me to come the next morning when they opened and she would take me first. I got there the next morning but when I arrived, there were already about 6 people ahead of me and this was before the doors opened. But the nurse remembered me and took me first. I was thrilled. The phlebotomist was AMAZING!!! At that hour, but blood is usually low, so not pumping much. But he was able to find a good vein to take several viles and I didn't feel a thing! Amazing.
