.They were Punctual, Professional, They're easy to work with. The finishing work in office was unhappy about felt a baseboard should have been cut a certain way. Two men went out there way to try and help the house as much as possible

They did the work in a very professional manner. The work was done well. We were generally satisfied with the result. I also hired them about six years ago to replace the roof. It went very well. But before they replaced the roof, there was some damage to the ceiling drywall; there was a leak in there. They came in and repaired the drywall. That job wasn't done quite as professional as the other jobs. They had a different crew. He used his son to do the job who wasn't quite experienced when it came to painting. I haven't seen this company in Angie's List as a part of the list of services. I probably might use them. I wouldn't hire them for certain things like painting.

Jim is very good at every facet of being an outstanding contractor for home improvements. I can't recall any problems at all.

Simply the Best! Jim was very professional, informative and did an outstanding job on our house keeping his promises from the day one.
When we ran into a problem this past winter and our house was severely damaged by the water from the burst pipe in the attic area we didn’t know whom to turn to for a help. Having access to Angie’s List contractors was very useful but still not all the contractors are the same. We conducted several interviews and didn’t get good feeling until we met Jim. He looked at the job and didn’t say that we need to redo everything in the hose like some other companies were saying. He was open, honest and provided very competitive estimates. When the work was in progress, he kept us informed of any areas of concern and was accessible for all our questions. We are very pleased with the quality of workmanship and we could not be happier with all the results. We highly recommend Patriot Home Improvement for any construction or remodeling projects and I totally agree with a comment above: “I won't let ANYONE else touch our home but Patriot Home Improvement.”

The entire process was carried out efficiently, professionally, and carefully. The quality of workmanship is unsurpassed, and we could not be happier with the results. Jim was always responsive to our calls and questions, and was careful to ascertain our specific wishes and preferences at every stage of the process. He was frequently on-site and available to us. Each day, the work site was carefully cleaned, and the staff were at all times courteous and professional. We highly recommend Patriot for any construction or remodeling projects.

They were very professional, very neat, on time, and the price was good. The quality of material was good. We had a good experience with them.

I've always been extremely pleased with Jim Christopher's work. He is highly ethical (I can't stress this enough) and the work that he's done at my house has been perfect . . . absolutely perfect. He has also installed windows and patio doors in my house. I think his prices are more than fair, especially considering the quality of his work. He is also very patient when I was trying to make decisions about products.

With the most recent job, though, one of his workers installed closet shelves and I wasn't happy with the uneven distance between them -- even after I specified evenly spaced shelves as a requirement. The worker was very accommodating and pulled them out, and reinstalled new shelves -- evenly spaced. The shelves didn't extend flush to the door sill and when I asked why, the worker stated that it would have required extra materials. I would have paid extra to have it done the way I wanted but I didn't communicate that properly, I guess. The men who installed the doors on the closets did an outstanding job, even paying attention to little details that I didn't know enough to ask for!
The last time I called the company to see if he could do a small job at a rental, he did not respond.
I would highly recommend this company, but be sure to communicate exactly want you want done. Don't assume they will perform the job in the manner you envision. That was my mistake. Really, it's not easy to find this high quality of work performed by contractors.

Great job! Very professional, kept us well informed on timing of various work and all the workers cleaned up the outside work area before leaving each day.

Excellent work. Did my screen porch. Cleaned up after themselves every day. Polite, pleasant, arrived on time and did excellent work. Did my son's roof. Came when they said they would. Better price than other quotes. Again, excellent work.

This work was started and finished on the date scheduled without any problems.

Perfect! No problems, not any, none ever! And I am very type A.

They did an excellent job. They ran into some problems and fixed them immediately. They got caught in the weather which stretched the project a little longer, but they did a great job.

We got several window replacing companies in here, and they were comparable to the other two or three that we got. It wasn't like one was ridiculously expensive and one was ridiculously low. They were all very close in price. I went with Patriot Home Improvement because I had used them before and I know their work and the people who come out.

We had some storm damage and needed repairs to our downspouts and fascia. We called three companies for estimates. Two were large companies who advertise extensively and the third was Patriot who we had used in the past for other larger home improvement jobs. We had always been happy with their work in the past and their proposal was the best price. They did the work in a timely and professional manner and once again we are happy with the results.

Overall, I was pleased with the services. They did an excellent job. I think they are great for big jobs as opposed to handymen work. They seem to be more attentive to these types of jobs.

OUR CALL WAS RETURNED PROMPTLY. AN EMPLOYEE CAME AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE. ONCE WE DECIDED TO GO WITH THE COMPANY, THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. WE HAD GOTTEN SEVERAL ESTIMATES FOR THIS JOB.
