Technician was great. He found the problem and corrected in a short amount of time. He was courteous, friendly and efficient.

I had been in this trade for almost 25 years but am unable to perform any work anymore due to health issues. I found this company on Angie's list and called them . I already suspected i had an irreparable leak on the indoor coil. They arrived the next day after my call even called me to tell me they were on the way with an estimated time of arrival.
I found the two gentlemen to be very knowledgeable in their field discovered the leak with their leak detector and informed me they would provide a repair estimate as soon as possible. I was called two hours later and given a very reasonable estimate (since I had already priced my cost for the coil from the manufacturer). I gave them the go ahead , and they called within the hour stating they would be out in 4 days to do the job.
They arrived and completed the replacement in a timely manner and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. I would highly recommend this Company ro anyone needing prompt, courtieous, and fairly priced service.

This company was God sent to us. I had originally called Tri-County Aire also located in Southern Maryland. Tri-County Aire told me we had lost nine pounds of Freon and they charge $100.00 per pound. They also stated I needed to replace the coil in my Indoor Air Handler. The total cost for Labor and Freon was quoted to me as $1350.00.







I did not have the funds to go ahead with the repair. My husband is very ill and money is tight. As it turned out it was a good thing I did not have the money, We would of been taken!!!







A relative told me about Keith Racer who owns Assured Comfort. Thank God Keith is an honest man who runs a honest business. I am so grateful to have found them.







They charged $60.00 per pound not $100.00 for the Freon. And is was for 2 pounds not 9! The coil indoor did not need to be replaced.







Our total expense to fix our A/C was $209.00. Not $1350.00 as quoted by Tri-County Aire.

They are excellent and were reasonable. The man at Assured Comfort knows his work; they are reliable and professional.

The office manager and technicians were extremely nice and professional. My heat pump was old and I was advised that adding the refrigerant was, at best, a temporary fix. The system lasted about another 4 months before having to be replaced. I ultimately went with another company for the system replacement (mainly due to installation availability because it was HOT and they couldn't install until the following week when equipment came in). Overall, I would highly recommend Assured Comfort as a contender for your heating and air conditioning needs.

I was very pleased with their service. There was no issues. They even came back out in January in a snow storm to work on my other unit. I would recommend them without any hesitation.
