the job was a $400-500 job, but Angi made me put over $1,000 on my credit card in advance to make sure the job was covered. When the job was completed, I thought Angi would only take what the job actually cost. I haven't heard from Angi. They stole my money and never had the courtesy to call and talk with me personally. They have no contact number, just this stupid online survey.

Angi.com charged us full price for a job that was not completed. The repair person was supposed to come back to the house and finish the work.We called Angi to complain about them charging us for a completed project when it was not completed. They took the money from the repair person, yet kept the entire charge, did not reimburse us at all. Scam scam scam scam scam I will never use Angi.com again and I am happily spreading the terrible customer service. When I called to complain I was basically told, tough crap.
