Extremely professional. Joe came in, quoted, and was able to repair in a timely fashion. His rate was very reasonable considering his experience and and skill. I’ll be going to him for all my future needs.

We called him to give us an estimate on fixing a water heater and to install a faucet we already had purchased. Because of the awkwardness of where the heater was situated and the hassle it would be to repair it, he seemed to not want to do the repair job on the water heater and suggested we buy a different system. He said it would probably cost us around $1200.00 for that job.
When I asked him about the work on the faucet, he also seemed like he didn't want to do that job. My husband was out of town and because he had put off doing the work himself for quite a while, I just wanted to get it done and over with. Since the plumber was already at our house, I asked him to just go ahead a do it. Like I said before, he sounded like he didn't want to do it and said he was going to charge $670.00 to install the faucet. When I told him to go ahead and do the work, he sounded surprised and repeated, it will be $670.00, are you sure you want me to repair it?
We later had another plumber come fix the water heater and he charged us $150.00. We were told we should not have been charged more than $150.00 for installing the faucet.

Job went perfectly. I trust Joe Fabian to do the job right, on time, every time. He is exceptionally thorough, clean work space, and leaves the work area better than he found it.

I would recommend him to anyone. I believe he knows his work. He is reasonable. Something to be aware of, he does not take credit cards.

He did an excellent job, and we would rate him an A+ if we could. He never leaves you without water.
