Everything went great with out loan officer and she made it very easy to get information. Once we informed our officer that we were going to go with a different vendor, the resulting email chain was NOT professional.
Description of Work: Provides mortgage loans and pricing estimates.

The first day I spoke with my loan officer (Jason Camelotto) we were already in the process. I basically had anything ready, there was a few things I had to get. Jason kept me informed though-out the whole process. I was never in the dark about anything. Very prompt and professional. I can't say enough good things about this company and Jason in particular.
Description of Work: I have re-financed previously, this time with Direct Mortgage was outstanding. There was never an unanswered question or an unexplained wait. The process with them from start to finish was less than 30 days.
