Cables for months have been rising up above the ground and were being cut by lawn mowing. I called District manager Mike Lazos and he took charge. He had someone out there immediate. They fixed the problem once and for all and I am extremely happy with the promptness and urgency taken with my complaint. I am impressed with the company's response to my dismay.

He used white cable instead of black and nailed it to the middle of our baseboards so that it was very visible. They also left about 10 feet of extra cable behind the TV for no reason.
