Scheduled maintenance lawn care is done on time and professionally. When we request a particular project to be done Natural Element's is always responsive, and does a terrific job. Always on time, caring about how we want the finished result to be, and very knowledgeable about lawn and garden care and maintenance. Our yard and garden look great. Shane and his crew know how to bring out the best in a garden and yard.

When they did the edges, I didn’t want them to put the bricks there. I wanted them to put a trench to separate where the grass started and the flower bed. I asked them to do it because I wanted it to look more professional and not like something crazy I did that wasn’t straight. It looks very crooked like something I would have done. The front they did well. I told him and he came back out and let him off the hook. He acknowledgeable that he could have done a better job. They didn’t’ put the extensions on the down spout far enough. So now I need to re-dig and make them lower or add more top soil above. They didn’t do a professional job as I would have liked. They were supposed to spray and a couple of days later I noticed that none of the vegetation was dying. I called back and they acknowledge it and came back out. They were responsive. I tried to use them again but they were not responsive.

The service was fine. Everything was just as expected. They did exactly what they said they would do, and they charged me exactly what they said they would charge. The price was what it was quoted to be, and as far as I know the quality was good. I don't have any standard to judge it by. They were responsive.

I no longer use them. They were okay; there was nothing extraordinary. They did fine but I didn't need them anymore. They were responsive. I called them and they came out and assessed what needed to be done and talked me through it. It went well all the time and I had no issues. The mulch worked out just fine. I would use them again if I needed to.

They came and gave the estimate. Courteous, qualified, and helpful in their suggestions. They came and installed the edging, cleaned up and left the areas affected. Later they came back and sealed the edging. I had the back to finish the edging and they tied in to the existing edging and then came back to seal that portion. The whole project turned out very nice.

Gene showed up as expected for the initial inspection. He walked us through the issues and was very thorough. He patiently answered my questions regarding two pest control issues as well as a potential regimen for the lawn. We went with an exterior treatment to eliminate ants and I can already tell a huge difference a day later. (No ant trails in the kitchen coming from the deck!) He gave us information/pricing on another treatment needed. It's not super urgent so my husband and I are deciding which we prefer to use. As unsuspecting, newish homeowners, he could have pressed us to treat now and use the most aggressive process and we wouldn't have known the wiser. We really appreciate his honest helpfulness and plan to use Natural Elements for pest control and lawn services in the future.

"On October 3, 2011 at 10:00 am we performed a core aeration, starter fertilization and over seeding with a tall fescue blend specific to Maryland as recommended by Maryland Department of Agriculture and The University of Maryland Extension. This service was successfully completed and was done in preparation for the 2012 grass growing season. It went great, I got a phone call to let me know a previous job was running long and he would be 30 minutes later than expected which i appreciated. He walked through my yard and told me what he was going to do, and where he would and would not spray. Very conscious of my yard and what i was growing, watching out for fruits and veggies growing.
We discussed at length possibilities for lawn improvement, grading, and weed control. He recommended waiting to move forward on other services so i wasn't 'wasting' money now and getting more production by doing a lawn treatment at a better time.

We were being overrun by ants. Since the very first spraying, the most I've found is 2 ants! I was very impressed. I know that they will come again for 2 more treatments with the package that I purchased. They were very professional and went over the precautions associated with the treatment. They were very punctual.
