The work has always been outstanding, they are quick and easy and I'm happy with their service.

Terry and crew are professional, thorough and reasonable. When I was having my kitchen and bathrooms updated; Terry came in and did all of the electrical work for lighting (recessed, pendant, bath & chandelier), exhaust fans, appliances, etc... When a GFCI circuit didn't work many months later, I called Terry and he replaced it. While here I had him complete some other repairs for me and he gave me some solid advise for additional work that needed to be taken care of. I would not hesitate to hire TDE again.

Mr. Dollarton was very easy to get ahold of and talk to.  Everything went well at the initial installation, we were completely satisfied.  However, it was in the six months after the work was performed that TDE really earned our loyalty and respect.  About 4 months after the work was completed, we had trouble with one of the fuses in our new box they had installed.  It kept overloading when we used our stove top and oven at the same time.  I called Mr. Dollarton, who had it fixed by the end of the day at no charge.  (Apparently it was a defective fuse in the new box).  A few months after that, we discovered that the new outlet for our house humidifier did not work.  Again, I called Mr. Dollarton, who sent someone out immediately, and for no charge.  The issue was not with the outlet, but with a switch that we did not know controlled that outlet.  Not only did they quickly find the issue, but they disabled the switch so that it would not be a problem in the future.  As both of these issues happened months after the initial work and were not directly related, I expected that we would be charged for the service calls.  We were not.  I am very impressed with TDE and will call them for any electrical work we need in the future.
