Crew arrived on time and ready to work. I was immediately impressed by the fact that put down a drop cloth as they were coming into the house! Work proceeded in a professional manor with regard to existing items in and around the work area. Questions were answered professionally and courteously. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing. This was a more difficult job than most since it required installing in an existing ceiling with limited access and plenty of obstacles. All in all, a job well done within budget and time frame.

Outstanding service! Shane was very responsive, professional and friendly. He returned my phone calls and scheduled the appointment in a timely fashion. He was knowledgeable and efficient. The outlet that needed to be moved to another location was installed using GFCI outlet and cover. All projects were completed quickly and efficiently. Late Friday evening while cooking supper, the kitchen, dining room and utility room lights and several outlets all went off and blew the fuse for that circuit for no obvious reason. I did some of my troubleshooting by disconnecting items but it kept blowing fuses no matter what I did. By late evening, I had almost disconnected everything on that circuit except for the kitchen ceiling fan and it was still blowing the fuse as soon as it was put in. We decided that we would look for an electrician first thing Saturday morning to come and try to find the problem. Early Saturday, I removed the kitchen ceiling fan and then started to look for the electrician. Being the weekend, I expected it would be hard to find someone to come out and I expected it would cost a lot for the service. After trying a number of the local listings on a Google search, I couldn't get an answer at any of them. So I pulled up Angie's List and did a search for an electrician. I called the first one listed with an "A" rating... it was Perpetual Electric. I called an immediately got an answer by Shane. I explained my problem and he said he could come within a couple hours and sure enough he did. He looked over the problem and then methodically started working through the circuit. Apparently the problem was the kitchen fan. With it out of the circuit, it was not blowing the fuse. He then started adding the connections on one-by-one and testing at each stage until he had all the lights and outlets back working. He was very professional and courteous. He made some improvements at the various connections. The whole job only took him a couple of hours. I was most pleased with his responsiveness, quality of his work and the cost was quite reasonable for a weekend job. I would highly recommend him for electrical work.

All requested repairs/installs were completed quickly and professionally. Shane also explained some projects and their estimated costs. Will use his company again.

Shane and McCoy installed new wiring from a junction box out to my boat and jet ski lifts. They installed new GFCI outlets and covers. They also diagnosed a wiring issue with my boat lift and they cleaned up some older loose wiring. All told the work was excellent. Shane is friendly and professional, but more importantly he just knows his stuff. I will definitely be using Perpetual Electric for all my future electrical needs.

Shane was very responsive - he answered my call and immediately scheduled time the next day to come over to our house. He diagnosed our problem, got the necessary materials and came back the next morning to do the work. He was polite and very professional. We are making arrangements to have him come back to do more electrical work (installing recess lights and pier electrical work)

Shane arrived punctually and put booties on his shoes to insure minimal mess. He then did full installation poking almost no holes and cleaned up and even repacked holes before leaving.
