+ -1 moreCalled "Mr. Deeds" based on word of mouth recommendations. He came out to our house for his estimate and was to-the-minute on time. Gave us a very fair estimate. Upon showing up on the job, we came to discover that the painted-over wallpaper had to go. There was no way he could just paint over the existing wallpaper. Upon stripping all the wallpaper, there was significant drywall damage that needed to be repaired. This naturally increased the estimate, but that is to be expected and his price was fair. His work was very thorough, neat, and high quality. He was very accommodating with our schedules as well. If I ever need painting or other projects done again, Mr. Deeds will be my first call.
