internet service, cable tv service, landline phone service
 + 1 moreBecause we live in rural St. Mary's County, Maryland, we have one other option for internet (Verizon DSL) and no other option for cable other than DirectTV or other satellite service providers. We've been their customer for nearly 16 years, and just once forgot to pay the bill and they turned off our service promptly. That's horrible customer service for a long-time customer if you ask me. I would assume they would give us a call and ask if there was an oversight before they cut off the service. We pay upwards of $50/month for internet service that isn't very fast and around $35 for the very basic cable you can get...The problem is that they can charge what they want because they have no real competition.
Description of Work: They didn't do anything specifically; I had to go to the company's site in order to get the equipment that allows us to watch TV since their service went digital.
