Eugene was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of details of the job just the way I like it. He was very informational. He gives the minimum work required, and also touches on nice to haves or recommendations for future work. Even going as far as how to make this job save you money on future work. It went extremely well. This was the final appointment to resolve the issue after first diagnosing it and deciding on the solution. Eugene was consultative throughout the process and extremely patient in making sure I understood what was going on to a level that I was comfortable. He was very flexible and considerate with his scheduling for me as well as responsive. He had my best interests in mind, understanding that if I could find a better solution with someone else, he was completely fine with it. He takes pride in his work and reputation, going out of his way to meet, if not surpass, my expectations.

Working with Eugene was honestly the best experience I have ever had with any sort of technician. His pricing is more than fair, his work is absolutely solid, and he knows his trade very well.
