Ten days before beginning renovation of the entire yard, Greenery treated the whole area with herbicide to destroy particularly pervasive Bermuda and crab grasses. Owner inspected work five days later and re-treated areas where weeds had not been totally eradicated. Team of six laborers arrived at 8AM with the owner in charge. The owner, Wes Cook, oversaw almost every hour of the project for the bulk of three days. I couldn't have asked for a more hands-on and cooperative supervisor. Two sodded areas showed signs of stress four days after work was complete. Wes responded immediately and replaced sod, re-seeded, and applied additional treatments. Unbidden, he returned a week later to gauge progress of the installation. Six weeks later, we have a fully-rooted lawn of unusual quality. I have photographs of before and after, and the difference from August to October is stunning.
