Architectural Service
I has been a fun and enjoyable experience. John has created our dream home, we can finally fulfill our dreams. John visited our property several times, help position the house with the east morning sun and west setting sun being in perfect positions from our views. Our property sits on a hill with surrounding woods and now we will capture all the beauty of our surroundings from every window. We have told everyone we know how happy we are with John's design and we get nothing but compliments from all our friends and family.

WE HAD A VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS FIRM. HE ROUTINELY DID NOT LISTEN TO OUR NEEDS AND DREW UP PLANS $100,000 OVER OUR BUDGET. AS A RESULT, WE COULD NOT PROCEED WITH THE PROJECT.

"We are proud of the service that we provide to our clientele and consistantly recieve exceptional testimonials which we are pleased to share with anyone upon request. However, there is always that one or two every 12-18 months who cannot be satisfied no matter how much time and how many design renditions are presented. In this case, we went out of our way to satisfy the client but their budget would not match their ambitions and demands. Our attempt to meet the budget was consistantly knocked down as not meeting these goals and disagreements beween the spouses eventually brought the project to a close. We were not aware of this 5 year old report until recently notified by one of our recent clients. Had we been aware of this discontent directed at our personal service, we certainly would have addressed it immediately and searched for a resolution."
