They can articulate the language better and I just think that they can treat well the lawn. Even being able to say like I have bushes as well as hedges; I wish they could take care of that at a reasonable price that would be good, but I remember the last time that I did that they took three weeks for them to get back to me on just something basic like that.

Now that my dead bushes have been replaced, I would consider using this service again.

I had a spring clean-up done by this company; I had old bushes removed, some bushes trimmed, and garden beds mulched. This part of the service was fine, but I also had Mr. Santos pick up and plant some new bushes for me to replace the old ones he dug up. Four of the six bushes planted in my front yard have died. I have called three times and have still not heard from anyone. My second call, I spoke with someone in the office who thought he had come out to look at the bushes; I informed them that if he did, I was not notified. I am getting ready to place my fourth phone call, but felt that I had to counter the glowing review I previously gave to this company after using them last fall.

Mr.. Santos and one other man did the work. I was not home, but when I returned the bushes and all yard refuse had been removed. Cleanup after the other bushes were trimmed was also done. I decided to wait until spring to replace the bushes, and Mr. Santos will be coming back to advise me on what to plant and to do the work.

Immediate response to initial call, quickly scheduled a time for a visit to get an estimate. Provided estimate within a few days (after a holiday weekend). Scheduled to do the work within 10 days after I accepted the estimate. Did a great job with no signs of their visit when I got home except for the clean gutters and siding.

I called in response to a flyer left on the front door. I decided to give them a try. Prompt response to my initial phone call and quickly scheduled a visit for estimate. Very courteous, and estimate provided in about 24 hr. Was able to schedule the work within a week of first contact. They showed up as promised, and finished all work within 2 consecutive days.
