Our hot water heater was dying and I had obtained a new high efficiency
hot water heater for a plumber that I had used in the past to install,
unfortunately Jimmy died before he could do the work.  With Christmas
closing in and the old heater leaking more I contacted Fell Plumbing and
another plumber the week before Christmas for a price and an indication
when they could do the work. George gave me a price that was slighly
better than the other plumber but he was willing to do it on Christmas
eve. He came when he said he would and set right to work removing the
old heater and installing the new heater with a forced vent.  He
replaced a badly corroded needle valve on a 3/4" line for the ice maker
with a Ball valve on the !/2" leg of a 3/4" X !/3" T at no extra charge.
He also installed a hot water circulating pump that Jimmy had had me
get, again at no charge.
We will be using them again.

As we're getting up on Sunday morning the wife informs me that the kitchen sink is clogged. We're expecting guests at 2PM ... Joy. I plunge, and water come up through the laundry standpipe. Time for the amateurs to get out of the way. I sort AL by distance, call Fell Plumbing (w/ 24 hr emergency service), George answers, says he be there in an hour. George arrives within 20 minutes or so, surveys and assesses everything to get the layout of the drainage system. He gets the motor driven snake, clears an obstruction some 21' down, flushes everything (good flow), and cleans up. George is a very personable individual, patient, neat, and easy to work with. He has a professional work truck. I recommend meeting him and letting him bid on your next job. as I'll be doing the same.
